What are Your Chakras?

03/2024

The concept of the Chakras is deep and extensive. So, here we're only going to give you a brief description of each one, so you can understand your own energy centers a little better.

First we'll say that our Luminous Energy Field (LEF) connects to our physical body through the Chakras, and these are attached to our spinal cord. The Chakras are energy centers in the body (for this conversation, we're only going to address the 7 main ones inside our body) and they are anatomically connected to the body's primary nerve plexuses, and each one governs specific glands of our endocrine system which produces the hormones that affect our body.

Root Chakra: Located at the perineum (between the anus and genitals) at the pelvic floor. Linked to survival, basic needs and physical safety. - Hormones: Adrenaline and cortisol.

Sacral Chakra: Located below the navel. Governs emotions, creativity, and sexual energy, resonating with sexuality, and emotional expression. - Hormones: Estrogen and testosterone.

Solar Plexus Chakra: Located in the upper abdomen. Associated with personal power, confidence, self-control, and identity. - Hormones: Insulin and Adrenaline.

Heart Chakra: Located at the center of the chest. Linked to love, compassion and emotional balance. - Hormones: Oxytocin and Serotonin.

Throat Chakra: Located at the throat. Governs communication, self expression and truth. - Hormones: Thyroid hormones.

Third Eye Chakra: Located at the center of the forehead. Associated with intuition, insight and inner vision. - Hormones: Melatonin.

Crown Chakra: Located at the top of the head. Represents spiritual connection, universal wisdom, enlightenment, and transcendence. - Hormones: Endorphins.

Given this information, we can deduct that when a Chakra is out of balance it will affect the glands that secrete those hormones, affecting us physically and emotionally in a negative way. For example, If the Sacral Chakra is out of balance, there could be too much estrogen or too much testosterone causing predatorial sexual behavior, or if the Chakra is blocked or depleted, causing too little estrogen or testosterone, it could cause low libido. This is

just a simple example. Each person is affected differently and it should not be used as a rule to apply to everyone. This is why was have a consultation at the beginning of our sessions, to get to know your specific needs.

So, what can you do about it? We offer a variety of services that can help balance your Chakras

Reiki is a great way to bring balance to your Chakras by inviting the universal Life Force (Ki) into your Chakras

Chakra Balancing is another way, by sensing what your Chakras need and giving it to them.

Sound Baths also work with giving your Chakras the sound vibration they need to regain a healthy state.

Shamanic Energy Medicine uses the Illumination Process to clear your Chakras of any negative energy in them and illuminating them with bright white energy.

We are also sharing additional information on the Chakras, and a way to help balance them, on Instagram. Hope you found value in this information.
